Dr. Comisi has been in the private practice of General Dentistry in Ithaca, NY since 1983. He is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School and is a Clinical Instructor of Dentistry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is a member of many dental organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, and recipient of its Mastership Award. Dr. Comisi lectures globally on various dental topics and procedures, and has been published in many dental journals and health care magazines.
Dr. Doniger is Immediate Past President of the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD) and has a thriving private practice in the Chicago area. She is a prolific columnist in numerous dental and consumer publications and active in local community organizations, including chairperson of the Lincolnwood Fire & Police Commission and a member of the Lincolnwood Chamber of Commerce. Sheri received her DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry.

Dr. Paquette is Professor and Associate Dean for Education at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, Master of Public Health, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Certificate in Periodontics from Harvard University. Dr. Paquette is active in many international and national organizations including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Education Association, and the American Dental Association.
He is an associate editor with the Journal of Periodontology. Dr. Paquette’s major research interests include clinical trials, novel interventions for periodontal disease, and the interplay between periodontal disease and systemic conditions, in particular cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Dr. Paquette is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and practices Periodontics in Stony Brook, New York.
Dr. Paul Rosen has maintained a full-time private practice in Lower Bucks County for over 25 years limited to periodontics, surgical implant placement and regenerative therapy. He also has academic appointments as Clinical Professor of Periodontics at the University of Maryland Dental School and Clinical Professor of Periodontics and Oral Implantology at Temple University Dental School. Dr. Rosen is board certified (Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology) where he also has been an examiner. Dr. Rosen is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and is known throughout the United States and internationally, having written over 50 articles and 5 book chapters. In 2015, Dr. Rosen received the Master Clinician Award by the American Academy of Periodontology, which is conferred to only one member annually who has demonstrated consistent clinical excellence in periodontology. The Master Clinician Award is considered one of the American Academy of Periodontology’s highest honors.
Dr. Tenenbaum received his DDS from the University of Toronto in 1978 and then went on to complete his specialty in Periodontics, as well as a Ph.D. in bone cell biology by 1982. This was followed by a 2-year post-doctoral MRC fellowship in Bethesda at the National Institutes of Health. In addition to his degrees, Dr. Tenenbaum has a Fellowship from and serves on the Council of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and is also a Fellow in the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Tenenbaum has been on Professorial Staff at the University of Toronto since 1984. He is currently Professor and Head of Periodontology at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto and is also the Head of Periodontics at Mount Sinai Hospital. In addition, he is a Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathophysiology in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. He is also an FDA panel member for Dental Devices and Drugs. Dr. Tenenbaum has had continuous funding from the Medical Research Council of Canada for the past 17 years and has pursued ongoing research in the fields of bone cell biology, periodontics, and orofacial pain. He has published over 120 articles and abstracts in major scientific and clinical journals.
